Goals / Objectives
Solve percent increase and decrease problems by treating the new value as the growth factor times the original
Convert between a percent change and its growth factor, including changes of 100% or more worded as a percent of the original or as a percent more than it
Find the percent change between two values as the growth factor, new ÷ original, minus 1
